Practical trainings on the OMS VR simulator

Modern VR-technologies have greatly progressed.

Today, using a virtual reality simulator, you can experience being on board the ship and perform such operations as liferaft launching, starting an emergency generator, crane operations and much more.

At the Maritime Union Center, the Trade Union resumed practical trainings on the OMS VR simulator, which allows seafarers practicing the following operations on the ship: Proficiency in Survival Craft and Practical Examination of Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE).
