Medical Application For Seafarers From the ITF

Mariners Medico Guide is the new free medical app from the ITF.

The application is approved by the Norwegian Flag State as its equivalent national medical guide to the WHO International Medical Guide for Ships

The application can serve as an alternative to the medical manual on Norwegian-flagged vessels. Once downloaded, it can be used offline. It contains additional material on physical and mental health issues. It is a new approach in the field of medicine, which is based on already known and studied symptoms. It means that the seafarer, using the application, can understand what he feels and sees. One of the advantages of the application is that it is constantly updated and supplemented.

Anyone can use the application free of charge. It can be downloaded through the link: https://www.medicoguide.no/
