Представники Молодіжних рад двох великих транспортних профспілок – Профспілки робітників морського транспорту України та Профспілки залізничників та транспортних будівельників України – мали унікальну можливість зустрітися та поспілкуватися з Головою ПРМТУ, Амбасадором доброї волі IMO Олегом Григорюком та координатором Північної Федерації транспортників (Nordic Transport Workers' Federation, NTF) Крістером Норфаллом.

Зараз саме час задуматися про майбутнє, особливо вчорашнім школярам, які стоять на порозі важливого вибору.

В рамках Міжнародного форуму «Освіта, підготовка та працевлаштування моряків» (ЄТС-2024) та на честь 80-річчя Національного університету «Одеська морська академія» відбулася конференція.

ITF Seafarers' Trust продовжив проєкт для курсантів Херсонської державної морської академії, які за підтримки ПРМТУ успішно закінчили перший рік навчання в Литовській морській академії.

Сьогодні Голова ПРМТУ Олег Григорюк зустрівся з ректором Херсонської державної морської академії Василем Чернявським та представниками Академії.

Першокурсники Херсонської державної морської академії, які навчаються в Литовській морській академії за підтримки ПРМТУ та ITF Seafarers' Trust отримали свої перші погони кадетів. Перед ними розгортаються можливості для професійного зростання, де кожен крок – це нове відкриття і виклики.

For many years, Ukraine has been a leader in training maritime personnel for the international labour market. A number of the best shipping companies employ Ukrainian cadets and train young and prospective seafarers to work on their vessels.

The global maritime industry, according to international analytical resources, is facing difficulties due to a shortage of qualified personnel.

Цей тиждень у Литовській морській академії був наповнений заходами, що надихають молоде покоління на досягнення нових вершин.

Marine Transport Workers Trade Union of Ukraine, in collaboration with the ITF Seafarers’ Trust, has started a new project. As part of this endeavor, 10 sponsored spots have been allocated at the Lithuanian Maritime Academy for cadets who enrolled at the Kherson State Maritime Academy (KSMA) in the current academic year. The project covers the cost of the first year of education at both institutions, as well as accommodation at the Academy’s campus in Klaipeda.

The joint project of the MTWTU and the Danish trade union 3F opens up more and more opportunities for active MTWTU members.

As part of the project, another informational meeting was held on modern approaches to motivating trade union membership and creating a favorable social and psychological climate in teams and the trade union environment for MTWTU members - local leaders, members of trade union committees, and active members of the Union.

The Marine Transport Workers' Trade Union of Ukraine and the Danish Trade Union 3F are implementing their second joint project.

On the way to joining the EU, Ukraine has to implement European legislation and European norms into Ukrainian legislation. Therefore, the process of updating labor legislation is currently underway, including discussions on the projects of the Labor Code, the law on social dialogue, collective labor disputes, and many other regulatory legal acts related to labor relations.

The conference of the labor collective at the Odessa Maritime Academy, which was attended by the Head of the MTWTU Oleg Grygoriuk.
