Recently, there have been a lot of publications on the Internet about the difficulties which seafarers face while crossing the border.

However, none of the published stories have been confirmed: there were either no factual substantiation, or it turned out that the reasons for seafarer's return were completely different. The MTWTU contacteв multiple crewing agencies and was infirmed that all seafarers directed to work during the period from 26 till 28 November 2018 have crossed the border smoothy and already joined the vessels.
