New opportunities for maritime transport workers

The MTWTU is implementing the International Labour Organization's project “ILO Support to Ukraine: prevention of labour exploitation and human trafficking, support to entrepreneurship development and social partners”, funded by the Government of Belgium.

Within the framework of the project, the MTWTU LAW HUB has already been established, which brings together professional specialists to provide consulting support to seafarers, dockers and all MTWTU members.

Another project goal is to promote active and official employment, in particular for workers who are forced to search for new employment opportunities. You will attend a series of workshops from certified business trainers under the ILO's Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme.
