Another good tradition is the festive celebration of the Saint Nicholas' Day, who is the patron of children and the protector of sailors and travelers. This year, the traditional celebration was organized by the Welfare Find of Maritime Transport “MORTRANS” with the support of the Marine Transport Workers’ Trade Union of Ukraine: all the children of seafarers who came to visit the Union received a funny dog named Maksik – a soft toy symbol of 2018.
