Particular attention was paid to the Federation’s key comments and proposals regarding the government’s draft Labour Code.
A special section of the training session was devoted to the impact of artificial intelligence on the labour market. Anna Pugachova, Europass & Euroguidance Digital Ambassador, presented modern AI tools and their practical application in professional practice. During her presentation, it was emphasised that artificial intelligence is already changing approaches to work: it optimises routine processes, helps analyse large amounts of information and shapes new requirements for employees’ skills.
