Мозамбик ратифицировал MLC,2006

Страна стала 98-м членом Международной организации труда (МОТ) и 22-м африканским государством, ратифицировавшим Конвенцию о труде в морском судоходстве 2006 года (MLC,2006).

Документ вступит в силу 25 мая 2022 года – через год после ратификации.

В 2019 году флот Мозамбика составлял 164 судна общим тоннажем в 55,881 тонн. Как отмечают в МОТ, благодаря ратификации MLC,2006 расширение судоходного сектора, поддерживающего торговлю страны, будет происходить с соблюдением достойных условий работы и жизни моряков.

Профсоюз работников морского транспорта Украины уже много лет добивается ратификации Конвенции MLC,2006 нашей страной и надеется на то, что в скором времени это произойдет.

MTWTU addressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for further clarification

Following the announcement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of a temporary suspension of consular actions in foreign diplomatic missions on applications of Ukrainian male citizens aged 18 to 60 years (except for actions related to issuing identity cards for returning to Ukraine), the MTWTU received numerous requests from seafarers, citizens of Ukraine, who are abroad.
