MTWTU and the Welfare Fund "MORTRANS" work together

taking specific actions to help our military, who protect our homeland from the Russian plague.

During all this time, help was provided to our heroic city of Odessa. To date, assistance has been delivered to our military by providing walkie-talkies and video surveillance devices. Essential goods were also purchased and delivered to hospitals that treat our wounded soldiers, in particular, border guards. Almost everyone has probably already experienced how difficult it is to purchase medicines today. But the Fund's team and volunteers are working hard to provide our army and other beneficiaries with medicines. Now, we succeed with it and deliver everything required to the hospital. We would also like to express our gratitude to our international partners, who promptly help not only by sharing information but also by transferring funds. Thus, the Polish company Polsteam, namely, the office of CYFADACO, has allocated funds in the amount of 13 thousand euros for the purchase of 50 bulletproof vests, 20 walkie-talkies and 10 helmets, which are already on the way to the Odessa militaries. The next scope of work for our organizations is to help the seafarers' families who need to leave the country for safety. Together with MTWTU, a transfer was ordered and paid for the seafarers' wives and children. Nine families turned to us for help, and we assisted them in traveling abroad. All families are already at their destination and safe. Moreover, seafarers and their families turn to our fund for financial charitable assistance. We provide aid to all who need it. Thus, during these 7 days, the MTWTU members and their families received charitable financial support in the amount of 401 thousand hryvnias. We have not stopped providing financial assistance to those who need it due to coronavirus disease. Although this problem is currently in the background, it does not mean that the disease has disappeared and is no longer dangerous. Applications for aid do not stop. Every day we receive new calls for help. We continue to fight and support our beneficiaries in all possible areas. And we are doing our best so that everyone in need is not left alone with their troubles in these tough times. Let's stay together, friends! And thus we will defeat every enemy on our way!
